Faculty: Kathleen Park
Kathleen Park joined BU MET as an Assistant Professor of Administrative Sciences, Strategy and Innovation, with research and instructional specializations in strategic leadership, innovation, internationalization, logistics, and corporate governance. As a Chadwick Fellow, she will be researching with Professor Fred Wallace, Professor of Economics at GUST Kuwait, on issues related to labor force internationalization in the Arabian Gulf. They will be examining strategic and economic interrelationships impacting organizational performance with social and labor practice implications. Their work has been showcased already in a competitively-reviewed panel presentation at the Academy of Management. Professor Park and Professor Wallace will be looking forward to further examining and reporting the results of their research under the generous auspices of the Chadwick Fellowship in supporting and encouraging innovative research directions.
