MANILA - Two most wanted persons (MWP) by the Philippine National Police-Anti Cybercrime Group (PNP-ACG) were arrested in separate operations in Leyte and Cebu. In a statement Friday, ACG director Brig. Gen. Joel Doria said suspect Nimfa Cinto, 48, was arrested in Barangay Salvacion, Palo, Leyte on Aug. 11. Cinto, the ACG's top seven MWP, has a warrant of arrest for cyber libel issued by a court in Tacloban City. On the same day, Alvin Anticamara, a 38-year-old system engineer was arrested in Barangay Inayawan, Cebu City. Anticamara, the ACG's top eight MWP, is wanted for four counts of violation of Republic Act 9995 (Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009) by the Cebu City Regional Trial Court.
