Piche set to add second Centredale restaurant

NORTH PROVIDENCE – Shane Piche, whose first restaurant, Centredale Revival Co., broadcasts in its name exactly what his plans are for the village, is now preparing to open a second restaurant nearby as part of his larger plan to make this an attractive destination.
Piche last week received a liquor license and victualing license from the Town Council for what he’s calling a classy pizza restaurant, Pie Republic at 1985 Smith St., at the entrance to the Centredale roundabout. The approval was subject to Piche meeting zoning requirements for parking.
