Out of nearly 1,000 vendors who work the state fair, 13 have been selected as the most outstanding.

On today's fair flashback we learn about the famous horse, Dan Patch, who set an unofficial world pacing record with a one minutes and 55 second mile. This happened at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in 1906.
