The Everett Police Department has released its annual report for 2021, which shows the city has seen a trend of increasing gun violence and other crime over the past two years.

Multiple agencies have joined together to create a task force in response to the increase in crimes that are violent and gun-related in Snohomish County.

The memorial service for fallen Everett Police Officer Dan Rocha will be held on Monday, April 4 at 1:00 p.m. at Angel of the Winds Arena. Details of a procession and road closures have also been announced.

A memorial fund has been created to support the family of fallen Everett Police Officer Dan Rocha. 

Officer Dan Rocha, 41, had served with the department since 2017 and lived in the community for over a decade.

No other details were revealed about the events that led up to the shooting of Dan Rocha.
