SRINAGAR: A two-year-old boy drowned in a nallah on Wednesday afternoon in the Danas area of central Kashmir's Budgam district. An official said that the two-year-old boy was playing when he drowned in Nallah Sukhnag and soon after the incident locals and officials started a rescue operation.
