Good morning Carson City and happy Sunday! I hope youre all thoroughly enjoying your holiday weekend despite the weather, which looks like its going to continue through the upcoming week. Even still, weve got a ton of activities going on in town for the day, so check them out below, and remember to bring a jacket!

As we go forward and move ahead into Tuesday, July 2, 2019 were looking at another sunny day, all the better as we prepare to celebrate Independence Day. Are you ready for July 4 fireworks at Mills Park? As a Tuesday warmup, get the heart pumping during Muscle Powereds three fitness outings.

~~Salsa Dancing Workshop~~ Friday March 30th, 2018 7-9 pm / $25 per person This is a beginning level class for those who want to learn, be more comfortable or want to remember their Salsa! We will learn the basics, simple turns, and a fun combo that you will be able to use on the dance floor or in you family room!

Bachata Dance Workshop Friday March 29th 6-8 pm Cost is $20 per person. Level: Intermediate Want to learn more Bachata? Here is the class for you!
