BELOIT, Wis. A Beloit police officer shot and killed a person who stabbed a woman Thursday afternoon, the Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) said.
One officer utilized a “less lethal option” that was not specified on the man, but it was ineffective, before a second officer shot the man. authorities said.
