A father there is accused of sexually assaulting an infant. Justin stickrod is charged with felony sexual abuse in the first degree and child endangerment. The Sheriffs Department says stickrod sexually assaulted his own twoandahalf month old daughter on february 4th. Stickrod is being held on a 68 thousand dollar bond in the Monroe County jail. Members have to file a lawsuit if they suspect their loved ones death was caused by negligence or some other wrongful action by a doctor. Iowas statute of limitations for medical malpractice claims is two years. At the time of grays death his wife was three months pregnant with their daughter. Four years later, in february of 2014, mr. Grays estate, his wife, and child filed a lawsuit against grays doctor daniel baldi. That lawsuit sought to recover financial damages for what they claim is the wrongful death of mrs. Grays husband and her childs father. But a district judge dismissed the case because he said it was past the statute of limitations. The judge saying the suit was filed two years too late. Police say the investigation was able to link parts of the vehicle left at the scene to the vehicle hauser was driving. They seized the vehicle a few days after the accident. Surveillance video from businesses in area was also helpful in the investigation. Two schools remain on lockdown this noon hour while police look into a threat made this morning. Administrators at collinsmaxwell say both the high school and Elementary School were placed on lockdown status after a parent called in a threat to several Staff Members earlier this morning. Police are looking into the situation, meanwhile, students and staff are being kept indoors. A contractor worker was revived after being shocked on drake universitys campus. The man was electrocuted around ten this morning while doing work on electrical switches in the 1 thousand block of 27th street, just north of olin hall.
