India, Pakistan hold second meeting on Indus Waters Treaty in Vienna
India and Pakistan recently attended a meeting in Vienna to discuss the long-standing dispute over the Indus Waters Treaty. India participated in the meeting with a high-powered delegation, led by the Secretary of the Department of Water Resources.
