A man claims a $1.5 million home is being built on his Fairfield, Connecticut, property without his permission after somebody fraudulently sold the land to a property developer, according to a lawsuit.
Dr Daniel Kenigsberg has owned the piece of property in Fairfield, Connecticut, after his late mother passed away in 2007 and had plans to pass it down his family.
Dr. Daniel Kenigsberg’s jaw dropped when he swung by what used to be his family's empty lot in Fairfield, Connecticut only to find a partially constructed $1.5 million three-story house on the property.
