The Court of Appeal delivers its BBI judgment on the High Court decision today after a 48-day wait

Appellate court throws out BBI appeal; overwhelmingly rules President Uhuru cannot initiate changes to the Constitution through popular initiative.

Justice Fatuma Sichale says verification of BBI signatures was not null and void, rules out High Court’s judgement that IEBC lacked quorum.
