Supreme Court Welcomes Intermediate Court of Appeals Appointees.

CHARLESTON – Leaders from across West Virginia are praising the three appointees to the state’s new Intermediate Court of Appeals.

CHARLESTON — The third time was the charm for Gov. Jim Justice when the state Legislature earlier this year finally approved the creation of a state Intermediate Court of Appeals.

Gov. Jim Justice announced the appointments of judges Thomas E. Scarr of Huntington, Daniel W. Greear of Charleston and Donald A. Nickerson Jr. of Wheeling to the West Virginia Intermediate Court of Appeals.
