The snow has finally melted, the sun is finally shining. You’re ready to enjoy the spring and the warmth and new life it brings, until you have to hop on Zoom (or maybe if you’re ‘lucky,’ go to campus) for the majority of the day.

With the Provost’s announcement on Oct. 22 regarding spring break, many students’ hope for a brighter second semester has vanished. Instead of having our traditional five-day break, CU Boulder students will start the Spring semester on Jan. 14, three days later than the original start date, and will be granted two ‘wellness days’ throughout the semester as a break from studies.
