Can you give us a sense of the history, what was happening during the adams administration, key policy issues . The major problems were international. You had a political tiffs. You had the creation of Political Parties. We had problems with the french, the british. American Political Parties were divided, profrench, pro british. One of the problems john had was keeping the country out of war. He was successful. I think that is probably the thing that he should be most recognized for during the period.
