IVI Appoints Dr. Richard Chapman as Chief Scientific Officer
ICER Director of Health Economics Joins High-Growth Value Assessment Nonprofit. Chapman, who is currently Director of Health Economics at the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER), will start March 1.
