Health officials are issuing a curfew from 10 pm until 5 am for all counties in the purple tier, it goes into effect saturday and it is expected to last one month. Essential workers are exempt. The new restrictions target people who may be gathering with others outside their household, but for this new restaurant owner, the restrictions are devastating. 25 in Alameda County and now we are back to square one, for us, it is devastating because we dont have the clientele, we are not completely known yet. Figure i dont approve it, but if its going to happen is going to happen. Is going to be any bite to this curfew . Reporter Law Enforcement has been reacting, what i found interesting was that many Law Enforcement agencies said they had no idea the state would be imposing a curfew, so this came as a surprise to them, many of them saying in tweeting and sending out news releases, that they are going to focus on education, as opposed to citations.
