Show Transcript TODD: WE ARE ON MAIN STREET HERE IN DAYTON IN WEBSTER COUNTY. THIS IS WHERE IT HAPPENED. PEOPLE WERE PACKED IN THE BAR, SHOULDER TO SHOULDER, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, NO MASKS. TODD WEBSTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPT : SPOKESPERSON KELLI BLOOMQUIST SAYS SHE SAW A PICTURE TAKEN FRIDAY NIGHT SHOWS THAT BAR IS THE IRON SADDLE SALOON. I GUESS WE ALL FELT REALLY COMFORTABLE ABOUT IT. TODD DAYTON MAYOR DAVE BILLS, : KNOWS ALL ABOUT IT BECAUSE HE WAS THERE. IT WAS A CELEBRATION OF LIFE FOR A FRIEND WHO JUST DIED. AT FIRST BILLS TOLD US THERE WAS REALLY NO PROBLEM BECAUSE EVERYONE KNEW EACH OTHER. I’M NOT TO CONCERNED ABOUT THE RISK OF HOW WE HANDLE THAT THAT NIGHT. I AM PROBABLY ONE OF THEM PEOPLE THAT I THINK PEOPLE UNDERSTAND AND I KIND OF FOLLOW THE GOVERNOR. WE’RE SMART
