A bear cub rescued in a Tucson residential neighborhood and brought to northern Arizona earlier this month has both Bearizona Wildlife Park and Arizona Game and Fish Department officials stumped.

At almost a year old, the bear should weigh about 70 pounds — but only weighs 15 pounds.
