Beloved mother, Annette Louise Stratton, passed away peacefully on March 20th (the first day of spring) at Attic Angel Place in Madison, WI. She was 84 years old. Mom was born in Wisconsin Rapids, WI but spent most of her life in Waupaca, WI, a city near and dear to her heart. SHELBY TOWNSHIP/MACOMB TOWNSHIP In November, the state of Michigan enacted a temporary indoor dining ban that lasted over 10 weeks.
The order was lifted Feb. 1, the first day bars and restaurants could reopen, albeit with restrictions in place.
