Theyre hoping to get more details on the hit and run there the night of april 13th that struck 2yearold david alicea. David died a few days after the crash. His mother is now out of the hospital. The owners told police that they were not driving that they had loaned the car to a 19yearold relative. Davids family tells us they want answers.
