The architect submitted a plan for moving a 3 foot site setback about the second and third floor facing kansas street properties. In other words, he made the building bigger in our direction. Diane had to file the dr to get part of the site setback return. This doesnt seem right. Because the Design Review checklist requires site setbacks on key lots. Yet the department allowed at 311 to go out within these. It was only after diane filed a dr and specifically pointed out out mr. They did confirm that they believe this is fixed right now. But you can see theres two lanes on northbound wadsworth that are closed. It goes all the way between 1st and bayoud. This is going to be a big project they have to tackle this morning. If you can imagine the amount of equipment they have to get out. They still have to fill that hole and they have to pave it.
