The Crown prosecutor has made a closing address at the NSW District Court trial of Titus Day, who is accused of embezzling his former client of almost $900,000.
Titus Day was acquitted by a NSW District Court jury of three counts of embezzlement in the middle of a lengthy trial on Thursday, after a judge found he had no case to answer.
