The Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has vowed to probe all traditional rulers supporting cult-related activities in the state. The governor said this in a tweet on Monday, reemphasising the commitment of his government to end cultism in the state. He said, “Any traditional ruler, even if he’s from my place, who’s supporting cultism, I assure you that as I have started with Ahoada, I will come after you.” This comes 24 hours after the governor put a N100 million bounty on the heads of the killers of Bako Angbashim, a superintendent of police, in the state.
