Into pedestrians earlier today. They are calling this a deliberate attack on an iconic landmark. The suspect was arrested at the scene. Police say he is not cooperating with their investigation. He has been arrested on suspicion of terrorism offenses and taken to a south London Police station where he remains in custody.
