The Philadelphia Orchestra's first visit to China, David Booth: 50 years of love for China. Booth often said, "I started my career in China." In 1973, when Fei Jiao visited China, due to the illness of a musician, Booth participated in the performance as a substitute. Since then he has formed an indissoluble bond with China. "Music is the soundtrack of our lives, and a very special, very important part of that is the relationship with China," Booth said.
