Kemp appoints Decatur judge to DeKalb County State Court
On Friday, Gov. Brian Kemp announced four judicial appointments. Decatur Municipal Court Judge Charles E. Bailey will fill the seat on the DeKalb County State Court, which was held by the Honorable Kimberly Alexander.
