THE Federal Territories Ministry is in discussion with the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and Kuala Lumpur traffic police’s investigation unit on the feasibility of using the city's 5,000 traffic cameras to issue fines to motorists who violate traffic rules.
