Davidsonville driver sentenced to 15 months after killing road worker while under the influence
Christopher Asher, 49, of Davidsonville had all but 15 months of a 10-year negligent manslaughter sentence suspended Thursday. A Circuit Court judge found Asher had taken significant steps towards addressing his alcoholism, which led to the drunken death of road worker Lizeth Guzman in May.
