As the world celebrates the International Womensâ Day, Northcourt Real Estate and UPDC Plc will be holding a virtual event tagged: âExcelling as a Woman in Real Estate,â today.
The event aims to inspire the current and next generations of women in Nigeriaâs real estate market.
The event is a, âlessons sharing sessionâ where select leading female experts in the African real estate industry will be giving unique insight into how they have grown their careers in the male-dominated world of real estate.
The acting CEO, UPDC Plc, Deborah Nicol-Omeruah, alongside the General Manager, Northcourt Real Estate, Oyindamola Bamisile, will both be spearheading the event.

UACN Property Development Company Plc has announced the resignation of its chairman, Mr Babatunde Kasali, and other non-executive directors namely, Mr Adekunle Awojobi, Prof. Okon Ansa and Mrs Awuneba Ajumogobia, from the company’s board.
Similarly, the Real estate company also announced the resignation of Mr Folasope Aiyesimoju as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
According to a regulatory filing by the firm to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, all resignations are effective from January 4.
The board expressed its profound gratitude to the CEO as well as other directors for their contributions to the board. Aiyesimoju, however, will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the company.
