Advantest Selected as a White 500 Company 2021/03/10Topics METI Program Certifies Excellent Health & Productivity Management TOKYO, Japan - March 10, 2021 - Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) today announced that it has been certified as an excellent corporation under the Certified Health & Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program (large enterprise category) jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council). At the same time, the company was selected as one of the White 500 , the top 500 corporations certified under the program in 2021.
