But the highlight is that Uttarakhand has set an example for all other states as the Animal Husbandry Department headed by the Animal Husbandry Minister of Uttarakhand Saurabh Bahuguna, has given a record vaccination of animals in a short time and explained how lumpy skin disease can be dealt with. Uttarakhand is the first state in India to run a vaccination campaign for cattle at such a large scale. Minister Saurabh Bahuguna and his Animal Husbandry Department are also running a specific campaign to raise awareness about lumpy skin conditions.
