As the air quality level improved in Delhi, the Commission for Air Quality Management lifted the guidelines under Stage IV or the ‘severe plus’ category of the GRAP on Saturday allowing trucks and buses, except BS III and BS IV diesel and petrol vehicles, to enter the city.
Delhi's AQI was recorded as 290 or the upper end of the ‘poor’ category on Sunday morning, an improvement from the ‘severe’ to the ‘very poor’ category on Saturday.
The real-time source apportionment study consists of a supersite with air analyzers and a mobile air quality monitoring system that will measure the level of various substances in Delhi air.
