Admission alert! Delhi s Ambedkar University to start registration for undergraduate programme from July 12

The varsity s admission brochure was released on Monday. New Delhi: Delhi’s Ambedkar University will be launching six programmes for the new academic session and start the registration process for the undergraduate programme from July 12. The university officials said on Monday that the registration process for postgraduate programmes will start at the end of July.  The admissions to undergraduate programmes will be merit-based and the varsity will release cut-offs. The varsity s admission brochure was released on Monday. Releasing the admission brochure, Professor Anu Singh Lather, Vice-Chancellor, Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) announced that in the academic session 2021-22, the varsity will be launching six new programmes.

But quite often, facts get in the way. Many things were bad enough even prior to the onset of the pandemic, that gutted so many lives and livelihoods. The latest data from the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) is a case in point. It shows that several states across the country are doing worse since the last NFHS was conducted in 2015-16. They have reversed course and are showing worsening levels of child malnutrition despite improvements in sanitation and better access to fuel and drinking water.
