Sending humanitarian aid through the closed land border to Turkey is a “positive signal” for the normalization process between Armenia and Turkey, the Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, MP Sargis Khandanyan said at a press briefing. He expressed hope that the Turkish government will be more inclined to the process of opening the land border with Armenia.
