John Leroy Franklin, 56, lifelong resident of Delphi, passed away at 1:56 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 2022, at his mother’s home in Moore Haven, Fla., following a three-year battle with cancer. He was born Dec. 7, 1966, in Lafayette, to Leroy N. “Johnny” Franklin and Marjorie A. “Marge” Liebert Franklin. He graduated from Delphi Community

Charles “Charlie” Michael Haines, 69, of Delphi, passed away at his home at 5:25 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.
