Delphi Public Construction is happening at the Delphi Public Library, however both branches, Delphi and Yeoman, are open with regular hours. Please pardon the mess. Mother Goose Time will be Jan. 19 from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Stories, songs, rhymes, movement activities and playtime are offered. This program is for children ages 0 to 3
