Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force, Delta State Command have arrested a suspected fraudster identified as Samson Ibiloma for impersonating the Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG), Kingsley Emu. The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe, who made this known on Wednesday, said that Ibiloma defrauded his victims by pretending to be the SSG who could offer jobs to them.
