Clark, who is accused of the offenses from 2014 to 2019, is in the Mahoning County jail.
Clark is indicted on 12 rape counts, 10 of them carrying a possible prison sentence of life in prison. Two other rape counts carry a possible prison sentence of about 11 years. The gross sexual imposition charges could each result in prison sentences of 18 months to three years.
Others indicted Thursday are: Michael D. Jagel, 34, of Redfern Drive, two counts aggravated drug possession with a specification of forfeiture of money in a drug case, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; Vincent E. Finley, 57, of Madison Avenue, breaking and entering;
