The Supreme Court has given a ruling on President Akufo-Addo rsquo;s directive to former Auditor-General Daniel Domelevo, asking him to proceed on leave three years ago.

A 7-member panel of Supreme Court justices determined unanimously that it was unconstitutional for the Presidency to force Daniel Yaw Domelevo to go on leave.

Former Auditor-General Daniel Domelevo says he is happy the Supreme Court vindicate him when the ruled that it was unconstitutional for the President to ask him to proceed on leave in 2022 and appoint an acting A-G while he was in office.
