Congress would mark an historic milestone in the Development Process of the country. The 12 Party Congress is planned in early 2016. And as you may know the come communist party of vietnam was established over 80 years ago. At this Party Congress we will review the fiveyear implementation of the resolution of the 11th Party Congress. And also review the implementation of the platform of 2011 and the implementation of the 2013 constitution. On that basis, we would also discuss the major trends in the world and the region and map out the long term directions and policies of the next five years.
