If the member cant be medically approved to move on, you make that determination . Correct. For work related injury always under the guidance of the division of Workers Compensation. If the division of Workers Compensation accepts the findings of the independent physician, we have the obligation to follow the guidance that is handed to us by the division of Workers Compensation.
