Theres heavy traffic getting into richmond on westbound 80 and thats because of a crash that the chp is trying to clear out of the way. And this is at central avenue. A crash that apparently involves some injuries and its causing slow traffic to the san pablo area. And looks as though they had to close the lanes in the westbound direction for a time. An
