Murder suspect Ryan Anthony Tanner is scheduled for a preliminary hearing next month on 10 felony counts involving a separate alleged victim who claims Tanner kidnapped him and assaulted him with various weapons.

Anthony Tanner must stand trial for murder, kidnapping, arson and a
slew of other charges, Judge John Feeney ruled Wednesday.
Feeney,
who presided over Tanner’s 13-day preliminary hearing, ruled enough
evidence was presented to provide “probable cause” that
Tanner murdered 26-year-old Jason Todd Garrett on Feb. 12 in a cabin
near Ettersburg.

also suspected that Tanner, 33, burned down the cabin and set several
brush fires in the area in an effort to conceal his crime.

to Robert Norris, all was fine and dandy the night Jason Todd Garrett
had his throat cut and then got shot in the head by an AK-47 assault
rifle.

an obviously reluctant witness for the prosecution, testified

Anthony Tanner. He was at Tanner’s house for several hours with
Tanner, Garrett and Christopher Champagne. This was after Tanner
allegedly slit Garrett’s throat and Champagne wrapped the wound
ETTERSBURG MURDER CASE: Another Neighbor Testifies That the Accused Had Been on a Paranoid, Violent Rampage for Weeks Before the Killing
When Jeff Kondos saw Jason Todd Garrett a few hours before his grisly death, he warned Garrett to “get the hell out of here” before Ryan Tanner saw him in the area.
Garrett was standing next to a truck with four flat tires, Kondos testified Tuesday during Tanner’s preliminary hearing. Kondos said he warned Garrett to get the tires fixed and leave, because Ryan Tanner didn’t want anybody in the neighborhood and would “flip out.”
