PWA extends New Year gift payment period

Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) has announced that it is extending its “New Meters at Special Prices by PWA” campaign, following the successful initiation of the project, which originally ran from 1 January – 28 February 2021. The installation payment period has now been extended to 15 March 2021.
The campaign, run through 234 branches of PWA across Thailand, is designed as a way to give consumers more access to tap water while reducing the burden of expenditure on installation of new water meters.
A total of 30,539 households applied to take advantage of the 10% discount scheme from 1 January – 28 February 2021.

28 February 2021 marks the 42nd anniversary of Provincial Waterworks Authorityâs (PWA) consistent stride to develop innovations and technologies to serve the people in 74 provinces across Thailand. To improve its current operation, PWA is planning to install, in the 2023-2027 operation plan, a cluster algorithm to enable best Demand-Side/Supply-Side management, in fulfilment of the organisationâs âDetermined â Confident â For the Peopleâ commitment.

Rajaprajanugroh Foundation joins forces with PWA to launch the first “Waterworks Volunteer for the Public” campaign
Rajaprajanugroh Foundation under Royal Patronage, in collaboration with Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA), hosted the signing ceremony of “Waterworks Volunteer for the Public Year 1” memorandum of understanding (MoU) to create awareness among youths of the value of water resources.
As part of the programme, “Young Heroes…Volunteering for Water Conservation” network was established to preserve the quality of water resources, monitor the water quality, and investigate leaks in the community and report them to PWA. The aim of the youth network is to preserve national water resources for the benefit of all.
