On september 20 on suspicion of public intoxication and assaul assault. He had a confrontation with correctional deputy one week before his death. Deputy say they noticed a behavioral change. They wanted to remove him from the cell for medical monitoring but said he was not cooperative. Deputy used pepper spray powerful spray called clear out and fired projectile but he would not leave his cell. At that point they had to go if the cell where they extract him out of the cell. Got him out. Got him handcuffed. And then immediately decontaminated him for the the clear out and for the pepper spray. He was taken to the hospital after this incident. Autopsy will determine if any of this is injuries caused his death. The physical report should take about a we can.
