It was a chaotic night for sure. Right now police are trying to figure out what happened. For nearly two hours, officers shut down diamond street between 23rd and 24th. The Police Pursuit may have started with the sound of gunshots. Authorities tell action news they heard what sounded like gunfire. They have yet to find casings, but it set off the chase. A bike was recovered. Thats where the female Patrol Officer was injured, possibly a broken leg. The chase continued to eerie where another bike was found. No weapons were found at any of the scenes.
