The Wiltshire areas, excluding Swindon, with the lowest infection rates of coronavirus have been revealed. The overall rate for the Wiltshire Council area continues to remain high, the county s public health director warned earlier this week, though cases have stopped rising. According to a map on the government coronavirus dashboard, Salisbury and south Wiltshire continue to have higher rates than the rest of the county while areas in the northern and western parts of Wiltshire have considerably lower numbers. The interactive tool breaks down infections in England into small areas with a population of around 7,200 called Super Middle Output Areas (MSOAs).
