Washington Commanders safety Deshazor Everett was formally charged Tuesday with involuntary manslaughter, in connection with the Dec. 23 crash that killed a Las Vegas woman.

Deshazor Everett was driving a vehicle when it drove off the roadway, crashed into trees, rolled over and resulted in the death of 29-year-old Olivia Peters.
