Sources tell us a gunman has shot himself after shooting two people inside an apartment. We do know the s. W. A. T. Team was called to negotiate with a man who was barricaded inside aen apartment after shooting two people. This incident is happening around the corner on laura vill lane. They tell us the was a child in the apartment and in danger. Sources say that child got out of danger. We dont yet know the details of how the child got to safety. They heard police using a loud speaker saying come out with your hands up. But unsafe because somethings happening. Yeah very safe theres lot of people protecting us but not safe that theres someone that could be a shooting. This is a tense, quiet Police Operation unfolding here in willow glen. The prosecutor claims sierras jeans had traces of his dna and her dna was found in garcia torress car. The defense says the evidence was flawed. There were a lot of questions that arose how was the dna gathered, how was it stored. There was the victims dna one place and the defendants dna someplace else, was that accurate. It can be very air dwus because there are differing views on each piece of this evidence and what the defense tried to stress is that we feel sorry for sierra lamar as well, but justice isnt convicting an innocent man. When we were crossing the cartinas bridge earlier we could see the black smoke. The flares are a result of a power outage at the refinery just before 7 00 a. M. Were learning that pg e says it happened during what they call a routine switching but that power was restored shortly after. Now, as you mentioned, some places are still being asked to shelter in place such as Matthew Turner and Roberts Temple Elementary School and folks at the nearby Industrial Park were also notified to evacuate.
